NJ COPA FC USL LEAGUE TWO
NJ Copa FC is the ultimate destination for elite amateur soccer players looking to take their skills to the next level. As a proud member of USL League Two, the premier development league in North America, NJ Copa FC offers an unparalleled platform for showcasing and refining talent. Many of our players hail form top colleges and universities that have experience playing with US and international academies. We also value diversity having had players from a multitude of countries around the world.
Every year we field a USL League Two first, reserve, U23 and U20 teams. With the goal of having a progressive competitive environment where we reward talent over age.Traditionally we have seen a number of players form our youth academy, U20 and U23 progress to the reserve and first team year over year.
Competing in the Metropolitan Division, NJ Copa FC plays 14 regular season matches over the summer – the perfect opportunity for collegiate players to gain invaluable experience against top-level competition without jeopardizing their NCAA eligibility. It's no surprise that more than 70% of all MLS SuperDraft selections since 2010 have come from the USL2.

League Two is more than the leading national pre-professional league. League Two is the defined and proven pathway for players to progress to the ranks of professional soccer, while its clubs become fixtures in the communities where they operate.
FC COPA USL ACADEMY
The USL Academy team is the top of the youth development platform in FC Copa’s comprehensive pyramid. This, like all FC Copa Academy teams will be pillared by a fundamental care structure of supporting every member of the club's family through academic guidance, college placement, progression to the professional game, coaching opportunities, and advancement in their post-Copa personal lives.
The FC Copa USL Academy team is composed from players within and outside our academy development structure. We welcome all top players looking to be part of a fully integrated player development platform that has produced over 400 collegiate 30 professional players.
With true progression opportunities readily available to the members of the USL Academy, players within the select team can be called up to play in our U20, U23, reserves or even the first team, USL League Two.
The USL has developed this league to focus on getting as many clubs as possible building a high-standard pre-professional training environment.
