Congratulations to NJ Copa FC Alumna Jenny Bitzer, who just signed her newest professional contract with SV Meppen Frauenfußball in Germany’s 2nd Bundesliga.
Bitzer previously played for AS Roma in Italy before moving to Germany. She played collegiate soccer at Manhattan University, where she was voted 2015 MAAC Defensive Player Of The Year as a Junior.
Jenny, who was originally born in Germany, played for NJ Copa FC of the UWS (United Womens’ Soccer) for 2 years. During her time at Copa, she helped guide NJCFC to an Eastern Conference Championship and was a National Title finalist.
