FC COPA ACADEMY POSITIONS AVAILABLE
The candidate should have a demonstrated commitment to and a passion for soccer, particularly in the development of players. The role of the coach is to develop, educate and provide a positive experience for all our academy players from U8 - U18. In addition to our academy teams, we also have very successful U20, U23, & NPSL men's team as well as U20, U23, & UWS women's team that allow our alumni to continue their playing career post high school and even post college graduation. All coaches are required to be punctual, possess a strong work ethic and be able to communicate clearly our club curriculum effectively to our players and parents.
FC Copa Academy provides youth soccer players with a superior coaching staff, a well-defined and progressive player development curriculum and state of the art training facilities at Rutgers University (Piscataway, NJ). Since its inception in 2005, FC Copa Academy has placed over 300 players into over 250 collegiate programs, 3 players have traveled to play with their national teams, 2 players selected to attend the U17 U.S. National Team residency program and over a dozen players have signed with professional clubs.
